§ 16-79. Spitting in public transportation bus.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to spit in a public transportation bus licensed to operate within the city. Such regulation shall apply to all persons transported, including drivers of such buses. It shall be the duty of the driver of such bus to report all violations of this provision.
