§ 15-259. Revocation of permit.

(a)

Any adjudication of a violation of the Code of Ordinances and ULDR of the City of Fort Lauderdale shall provide for immediate revocation of the permit provided in this article.

(b)

If the registration of a pain management clinic is revoked or suspended by the Florida Department of Health, the city shall immediately revoke the permit provided in this article.

(c)

The medical director of a pain management clinic may appeal the revocation of the permit within ten (10) days of revocation to the city manager.
