§ 15-257. Fees.

Latest version.

The pain management clinic permit application fee shall be the same fee charged by the sustainable development department for permit review plus the same fee charged by the sustainable development department for a conditional use approval. Business tax fees shall be pursuant to chapter 15, article II.
