§ 15-253. Review process.

The application for a permit shall be submitted to the sustainable development department to determine if the application is complete and in compliance with article IX of the code. The sustainable development department will review the application to determine if the application is complete and in compliance with the ULDR. The sustainable development department shall process the application in accordance with the conditional use provisions and procedures of the ULDR. If the pain management clinic is approved as a conditional use and the sustainable development department finds that the application complies with the provisions of this article IX, a permit shall be issued to the applicant(s). Existing pain management clinics are not required to be approved as a conditional use.
