§ 15-155. Position of film or video viewing device in video center.

(a)

Viewing area, for purposes of this section, shall mean the area in which a patron or customer would ordinarily be positioned while watching a film or tape in a video viewing device or live performance at an adult private performance center.

(b)

All viewing areas must be visible from a continuous main aisle and must not be obscured by any curtain, door, wall or other enclosure.
