§ 13-113. Antiflooding devices, delivery by pressure.

Fuel oil burning systems for oil use shall be equipped with antiflooding devices. Such systems shall bear the label of the Underwriters' Laboratories, Inc. Delivering fuel oil from tanks by pressure is prohibited, unless equipped with a power pump on the wagon.
