§ 13-29. Fire marshal's office.

There shall be a division of the fire marshal's office to enforce the sections of the Florida Building Code, city Code of Ordinances, state fire marshal's rules and regulations, American Insurance Association Fire Prevention Code, National Fire Protection Association Standards (N.E.C.), and the applicable laws of the state.
