§ 18. Notices.

Any notice or demand, which under the terms of this franchise or by any statute or ordinance, is to be given or made by city or grantee, shall be in writing and sent by registered United States mail, return receipt requested, sent to the other party at the address set forth below, or to such other address as city or grantee may from time to time designate by written notice to the other.
