§ 5. Inspection of papers.

Any applicant shall have the right to make a personal inspection of his own completed examination within one (1) month from the date of establishment of the list. A manifest error in rating a test or in a test procedure shall be corrected and the applicant will be placed in the proper rank on the eligibility list if the error is called to the attention of the personnel manager within the inspection period. Any such correction shall not invalidate any appointment previously made from such a list.
